Since 2017, GhaLLA has delivered impactful professional learning — from workshops and conferences to national leadership initiatives that strengthen education systems.

Who We Are (GhaLLA)

Ghana Leadership and Learning Alliance (GhaLLA) is committed to advancing excellence in learning, teaching, and leadership so every child is healthy, safe, engaged, supported, and challenged to succeed.

Since 2017, we have empowered thousands of educators through impactful professional learning experiences, from workshops and conferences to national leadership initiatives. We have partnered with the Ministry of Education, the Jacobs Foundation, BigWin Philanthropies, and T-TEL to design and deliver transformative professional development and leadership initiatives that strengthen education systems.

Globally, we convene educators through the International Educators Summit (IES), our RenewED Journal, and monthly webinars that connect thought leaders worldwide. As a proud partner of ISTE, we equip educators with the tools to integrate technology and AI in teaching, preparing students for the future.
