We host two biannual summer conferences in alternating years.
The International Educators’ Summit (IES) stands as a beacon for transformative change in education, offering a unique platform where educators, policymakers, thought leaders, and innovators committed to learning from each other can can converge to reimagine the future of teaching, learning and leadership together.
The National Educators’ Conference (NEC) is our celebration of Ghanaian excellence, an opportunity to elevate our expertise, to strengthen our confidence & capacity for sharing it, and to celebrate our commitment to being a community that supports one another through high-quality professional learning.
Profesional Development Sessions
We host a series of one-day in-person Professional Development (PD) sessions.
Our sessions provide a deep dive into critical and timely topics by intriguing educators with research-informed new knowledge about the topic, inspiring them with models of that knowledge in use, and engaging them in rich opportunities to explore and extend their learning together so that it enriches their schools.
Webinars
We host free one-hour webinars.
The GhaLLA Webinar Series provides educators of all stripes with opportunities to re-engage with the theme from our annual conference, extend their thinking about how the theme applies to their own context, and experiment with new ideas and practices along that same theme.
Special Events
We host special events that respond to timely and critical needs.
GhaLLA is a learning organization that continually works with its members to reflect on what is working, what is not, what we need to learn, and what types of learning are helping them best. We are able to respond to these insights with special events that are designed to ensure our members have what they need for their schools to thrive.
