Professional Learning Session or Series
Learning that meets educators where they are and moves them forward together. Whether a single high-impact session or a multi-part series built over a term or a school year, we design experiences that are interactive, evidence-informed, and rooted in the real conditions of African classrooms. Educators leave not just with new ideas, but with practical tools they can use the next day.
Learning Design Consultation
Strong teaching starts with strong design. We partner with schools, ministries, and organizations to build curriculum that is rigorous, culturally responsive, and aligned to real learning goals. From scoping and sequencing to unit and lesson design, our consultation process centers student thinking and honors the contexts educators are designing for.
Pedagogical Coaching for Teachers
Growth happens in the day to day work of teaching. Our coaching model pairs classroom observation with reflective, judgment-free dialogue, helping teachers refine their craft, try new instructional moves, and build confidence in their own decision-making. This is coaching as a relationship of trust, not evaluation.
Leadership Coaching and Strategic Planning
Leading a school or system takes both clarity and courage. We coach educational leaders through the challenges of the role while also facilitating the strategic planning processes that turn vision into action, from setting priorities and goals to building the systems that carry a plan forward.
